Dog Kennels/farm Work

Must love dogs & keeping busy indoors & outdoors, this is a physical job so applicant/s must be fit, strong, active and not adverse to working in all weather conditions, you must be confident managing dogs of all sizes.  Starting on or around the 30th May we are looking for a live in couple i.e. 2 people sharing 1 bedroom accommodation) to help at our Boarding Kennel facility North/West of Auckland.   Duties include but are not limited to caring for the dogs, exercising, feediing & bathing, everyday cleaning, attending to the office twice a day for arrival & departure of dogs, also help with facility & farm   maintenance/projects as needed. The ability to speak fluent  English is important as you will need to communicate clearly with all staff & clientelle. Our local shops are 6km away therefore own vehicle will be required. Previous experience working with dogs/animals and having handy person skills an advantage. This employment would suit couples or individuals that work well together, can multi-task, forward think and are self motivated.  Following initial contact and expression of interest suitable applicants will be sent our email address to forward to us the following - CV, references, interests, photo.  If you are interested in the work we offer please advise the longest length of time (in months) you would be able to work.
