Holiday Park Duty Manager

We are hiring at Waikuku Beach Holiday Park. This opportunity is for an enthusiastic individual who would like to join our small and fun team located in the picturesque Waikuku Beach. As our Holiday Park Duty Manager, you will be working a minimum of 35 hours per week to cover the Managers days off. You will be in charge of the on-call after hours phone when covering the Managers days off.

You will be required to offer support to the onsite Managers as and where needed.

On the Managers rostered days off you will be responsible for the cleaning and the general day to day running of the Holiday Park. The role of our Duty Manager requires someone with an eye for detail, can-do attitude, excellent customer service and an approachable demeanour.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Housekeeping and cleaning of accommodation, communal/ablution facilities etc. 
• General park and grounds maintenance.
• Customer service, reception and reservation duties.
• Onsite, overnight on-call afterhours phone on a roster basis.
• Anything else asked by the Owners or Managers to ensure the property is maintained to an extremely high standard of cleanliness and presentation to ensure the successful day to day running of the holiday park.
