About the role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that we have the right people available at the right time.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates who share your ‘Good Bugger’ traits.
• Understand you client’s needs and provide them tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits.

What we are looking for:

• Individuals who have sales experience is advantageous.
• Individuals who have recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients.
• Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks.
• Someone who can multitask, work at a fast pace, and stay calm under pressure.
