Front of House Staff Wanted – Wafu Bistro, Nelson

We're looking for an experienced FOH team member to join our small, close-knit team.

Dinner service only — your days are free.

Winter hours (Wed–Sat) mean genuine time off, not just a day. 

As the days get longer, so do our hours — more shifts available through the busier season.

We'd love someone who:

• Communicates confidently in English
• Works independently, with a strong sense of ownership
• Has an eye for detail
• Is warm and welcoming with our regulars
• Stays relaxed under pressure, but moves fast when it's busy

We're especially keen to hear from people looking to stick around long-term.

Pay starts at minimum wage, with clear room to grow as you settle in.
