About Us: Central Fire Station Bistro is a vibrant, award-winning (Hatted!) restaurant open evenings, seven days a week (closed on public holidays). We’re known for our exceptional service, creative drinks, and a team culture where everyone rolls up their sleeves—whether it’s mixing cocktails, delivering seamless service, or keeping our space sparkling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skilled bartenders with a flair for cocktails and table-side wine service
• Experienced floor staff who love making guests feel welcome
• People who thrive under pressure, sweat the details, and bring a positive attitude
• A commitment of at least 3 months (longer is even better!)

The Role:

• Hours: 5 days per week, typically 3 pm until close
• Schedule: Evenings only
