The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Guest Services team at Marsden Lake Resort in Cromwell, Otago!

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their experience with us is truly memorable. This part-time role will see you working closely with Guest Services teams to maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Immediate start for right applicant!

 

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming guests and managing the check-in and check-out processes
  2. Responding to guest enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Assisting guests with directions, and recommendations for local attractions and activities
  4. Maintaining accurate guest records and data entry
  5. Promoting and selling the resort's facilities and services to guests
  6. Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  7. Extra hours available in restaurant
  8. Minimum 6 Month Commitment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in using technology and hotel management software
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
