Field Worker/all Rounder

Field Crew/All Rounder role available at Rural Design 1984 Ltd, a family-owned native plant nursery, ecological consultancy, and landscape implementation services business. Based on the Worsfold family’s 400-acre farm in the Kaipara district, Northland. We currently employ 50 staff members across the three company departments. 

Fixed term positions available with an immediate start until the end of August.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

• Implementation of site preparation, site maintenance and planting.
• Weed management (using chemical).
• Fencing.
• Gardening.

The successful candidate will be someone who:

• Has NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Experience required: No prior landscaping experience is required however it is advantageous.
