We are seeking either a Butcher with good communication skills or a Chef with excellent butchery skills!

If you’re passionate about butchery, driven by quality, inspired by innovation, and excited by the unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and South African influence, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be required to do the following -

  • Breaking down and preparing beef, lamb, pork, and other meat products
  • Boning, trimming, slicing, and portioning to specification
  • Producing high-quality retail displays and value-added products
  • Assisting with the production and development of specialty products, including South African-inspired offerings
  • Developing new product lines, recipes, and innovative offerings
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Monitoring product quality and stock rotation
  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Working collaboratively within a professional and motivated team
