Exchange Work Country Hotel

Hi folks I'm looking for some keen helpers to come and give us a hand at the Grovetown hotel in Blenheim. We have all sorts of different tasks including some gardening, cleaning, restaurant and bar work and also help in our brewery. We are a very busy little place and operate several businesses out of the single site. We have a HR logistic company that provides staff to wineries, workers accommodation for those staff, a historic pub with Japanese fusion restaurant and a craft brewery that makes beer for the hotel and also other bars in NZ. 

We are fair and don't expect people to work super long hours and our exchange program works out dollar for dollar value. For 15 hours a week work in return we would offer u a bed, 5 restaurant dinners, 5 pints of beer or wine, coffee soft drinks and free use of a car to use while u stay with us. We can also send u to random paid working days in winerys that pop up often. It's good option to get a base before starting full time work. 

For the right person this may lead into full time work at the hotel as we are looking for staff for summer OR if u keen to work in winerys we can place u into full time work as everyone staying with us is working!
