Cook / Chef – Lake Brunner Hotel Fixed-Term Summer Position | Lake Brunner, West Coast Looking for a change of scenery this summer? Come and be part of something special at Lake Brunner Hotel. Lake Brunner Hotel is looking for a talented Cook or strong Chef to join our kitchen team over the busy summer period. Set in the beautiful Lake Brunner community, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys good food, a busy service, and being part of a small, friendly community. While Lake Brunner is a peaceful place to call home, summer brings plenty of visitors to the area, making it an exciting and energetic time to be working at the hotel. We are looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys working with fresh ingredients, and can confidently produce quality food in a busy hospitality environment. About the role This is a fixed-term position over the summer period, with the potential opportunity to extend beyond the initial term for the right person. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team and an experienced General Manager, with the backing of a family who have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. The owners are committed to creating a positive, well-supported environment for their team and are looking for someone who will become an important part of the Lake Brunner Hotel over the busy summer season. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy kitchen, be organised and reliable, and have a genuine passion for producing great food. Whether you are an experienced Chef or a talented Cook ready for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid commercial kitchen experience
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in producing consistently good food
• Can remain calm and organised during busy services
• Has a good understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
• Is reliable, energetic and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys the hospitality industry and being part of a small community
