Set in the beautiful Lake Brunner community, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys good food, a busy service, and being part of a small, friendly community. While Lake Brunner is a peaceful place to call home, summer brings plenty of visitors to the area, making it an exciting and energetic time to be working at the hotel. We are looking for people who take pride in what they do, enjoy being a team players, who can confidently work in a busy hospitality environment. About the role This is a fixed-term position over the summer period, with the potential opportunity to extend beyond the initial term for the right person / people. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team and an experienced General Manager, with the backing of a family who have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. The owners are committed to creating a positive, well-supported environment for their team and are looking for people who will become an important part of the Lake Brunner Hotel over the busy summer season. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy environment, be organised and reliable, and have a genuine passion for providing great service. Whether you are an experienced in front of house or restaurant and ready for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality experience
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in delivering consistently good service
• Can remain calm and organised during busy services
• Has a good understanding of food and beverage safety and kitchen standards
• Is reliable, energetic and has a positive attitude
• Enjoys the hospitality industry and being part of a small community
