Senior Landscaper/site Foreman

This is a hands on position, leading a team of 3 -5 people across a broad range of landscape projects. 

The type of work we do includes: 

• Installing steel/timber edging.
• Earthworks.
• Irrigation installation.
• Planting on commercial & residential projects.
• Installing retaining walls.
• Decking.
• Fencing.
• Paving.
• Lawn preparation/install.
• Installing pathways/driveways.
• Potential for concrete work in future.

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in a landscaping leadership role and/or building experience.
• Self motivated & able to motivate a team, even on the toughest projects.
• Good time management.
• Physically fit.
• Lead by example.
• Able to lead a team effectively on a range of projects.
• Experience with budget control.
• Experience in the following is essential - working off landscape plans, irrigation install, timber work, planting & lawn prep/install 

Remuneration package: 

• Work vehicle (for work purposes only).
• Company phone.
• Full staff uniform.
• Pay rate between $38 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.
