Cleaner/reception/motel Assistant

RECEPTIONIST/CLEANER AND RELIEF MOTEL ASSISTANT 

BUSY TOURIST TOWN - HANMER SPRINGS, NORTH CANTERBURY

A position for ONE person.

A family-owned motel is looking for a versatile all-rounder to carry out cleaning and servicing rooms in a small motel.   You would also assist in the office on Reception, and you may be required to relieve from time to time at the Motel when the owners take a day or so off.  GREAT PAY RATE.

You will need to have an eye for detail, great customer service and people skills, good computer skills and be able to pick up their simple booking system.  You will need to have excellent spoken English. Previous experience is required.

Start about mid/the end of September, or October..  You will also need to be able to commit to the job until  April 2027. Dates are a bit flexible.

 A relevant NZ work visa is required.   Assistance will be given to get suitable accommodation for a single person.

Hanmer Springs is an awesome, outdoor adventure and thermal pools and spa tourist town.  It is a smaller place but has a good social scene.   If you enjoy the outdoors and nature, this is a great place to spend some time and there is always a lot going on over the Summer.  It is 130kms northwest of the city of Christchurch.  It is stunningly beautiful and sits at the bottom of the Southern Alps.
