Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic person to join our team, working across both reception and housekeeping departments. Your role will involve providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at reception, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing rooms and communal areas.
• Ensure that all guest areas are maintained to the highest standard.
• Greet and assist guests at reception with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the park and local area.
• Process bookings and payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with both reception and housekeeping teams to provide seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within holiday parks or the hospitality industry.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to a minimum of 6 months.
• Valid right to work in New Zealand.
• Availability to start immediately.
