Builder / Handyman

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to run the renovations at our family owned 16-bedroom lodge near Tongariro National Park in the central North Island.

You will need to be flexible and adaptable to accommodate changing priorities and able to work unsupervised.

Projects include repairing windows frames, reglazing broken windows, lining hallway walls with plywood, plastering drywall holes, and painting.

This is a live in role part time fixed term starting immediately. Hours are flexible allowing you plenty of time to discover our beautiful region. Your own car is not essential but may be useful as public transport is limited. We are looking for someone who can start immediately ie: September 2026.
