Front of House Superstar

Minimum of 20 hours per week (*increasing to full time) - $25 - $27 per hour

• Valid NZ General Manager Certificate an advantage
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• setting and arranging tables
• greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverage lists
• taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen/bar
• collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers
• may recommend wines to complement food
• may take reservations
• preparing, serving and selling cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled, canned and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including a very high standard of espresso coffee
• cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, coffee-making areas and espresso machine
• washing glassware and arranging bottles and glasses
• tapping kegs and attaching supply lines
• replenishing drink dispensers, shelves and refrigerators
• Adhering to opening/closing procedures

Having a positive attitude is vital to being a team player. You will also exude calmness, honesty and understand what we mean when we say "we don't have customers, we have guests". 

We require applicants to:

-Have the legal right to work in NZ (no sponsorship on offer at this time). 

-Be available to meet in person for our interview process. 

-Commitment until May 2027
