Our site is looking for an experience chef to join our kitchen brigade. Fiddlesticks Restaurant and Bar in the CBD is an establishment that prides itself on to quality cuisine.

Position details:

• Preparation and cooking of food dishes to meet production and quality standards
• Monitor and manage stock levels 
• Assist senir chefs in ensuring quality and high standards are achieved
• Facilitate good two way communication within the kitchen to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure all food hygiene guidelines are followed at all times
• Ensure cleaning checklists are completed

Skills required:

• 1-2 years past relevant experience, with a passion to learn
• Passionate about using locally sourced produce
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in a high pressure environment
