Receptionist / Front Of House

About the Role

We are seeking confident and highly organised Reception / Front of House professionals to join our team. Must be available to work
weekends and evenings.

We have both full-time and part-time contractor positions available (20–40 hours per week) on a rotating roster:

  • 9:00AM – 6:00 PM
  • 4:00PM – Close
  • Monday to Sunday

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, seamless experience. You will
manage front-of-house operations while supporting the wider team to ensure every client feels welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a premium, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcoming clients and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Managing appointments, bookings, and enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
  • Processing payments and handling transactions accurately
  • Completing general administrative tasks
  • Maintaining a polished and professional reception environment
  • Assisting the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Confident, friendly, and well-presented
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Professional with an excellent phone manner
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with social media platforms
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
