Evening/weekend Receptionist

We are currently looking for an experienced Evening/Weekend Receptionist to join our team in our upmarket wellness center in the CBD, Auckland.

General day to day tasks:
• Greeting and welcoming clients on arrival
• Answering general phone and email enquiries
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
• Keeping the reception and salon areas clean and tidy
• Laundry and general tidying
• Maintain social media profiles

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills/customer service skills
• Professional/polite phone manner
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent time management skills
• Reliable/punctual
• Well presented
