Au Pair/nanny

We are looking for a Nanny to join our family for our upcoming busy calving season on our dairy farms in Rongahere/Clydevale. We have 2 kids aged 1.5 and 3.5. The roster will be 5 days on, 2 days off.

Monday and Wednesday - help getting both kids ready in the morning. Eldest child is at kindergarten 9-3, so there will just be 1 kid at home during the day. Start will be at wake up time when I am heading to work (I will come back to do kindy drop off) until i am finished morning farm jobs, and again in the afternoon.

Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday - both kids at home all day. Help from wake up while I am on the farm doing morning jobs, and again through the afternoon

Friday and Saturday - days off

We are looking for someone who will be part of our family, help with preparing meals, basic cleaning and most of all, keeping our kids happy, busy and learning. We have separate furnished accommodation on the farm for you so you have your own space to have a break away nearby, but you are welcome to join us for meals etc. We can possibly provide use of a car if required.

You will need to have childcare experience, a clean criminal record and ideally some first aid training. Start date early to mid July, for a minimum of 3 months (but can be longer).

We are also looking for a farm worker, so this could suit a couple where 1 person has stock or machinery experience and the other has childcare experience.
