Cafe Assistant

The Old Mountaineers Cafe Bar in the Aoraki Mount Cook National Park is looking for Cafe Assistant with Wait Staff/Barrista skills. The person needs to be able to operate the till, make good coffee, bar work and serve pizzas and burgers to the clients. Barista Skills a definite advantage. Helping out in the kitchen may also be required with prep skills an advantage. This is an alrounder position. We are situated the stunning Aoraki Mount Cook National Park. It is a remarkable place in which to live, with alpine vistas everywhere, and wonderful walks right outside your door. Staff accommodation is available at very good rates for our successful applicant in the Aoraki Mt Cook village and only 10 minute walk to work! Also with free WiFi. Amazing views from your front door!

This is a position for a person with the right experience, drive and enthusiasm who enjoys working with a small team. Leadership qualities are what we want.
