Fun + Social Backpackers Wanted!

UWS Group is expanding across NZ and into OZ this year and we are excited for backpackers to join our team and help us grow. We have a history of supporting backpackers in New Zealand, our company owner was a backpacker himself from the UK. The beauty of working with us is that you can work for aslong as you want, multiple locations so you can travel and see NZ while still working, as well as a huge team spirit. We are looking for active, positive and eager team members to work with us, on our community campaigns (currently with some of the most well known local charities in Wellington).

Starting out in entry level – we provide basic and all training, so all you need is:

• To be friendly, talkative and have genuine conversations
• Love being outside & hate sitting behind a desk
• Eagerness to learn and expand your skills

There are 2 ways you can utilise the opportunities we offer:

Business Development Program (Our owner started here and grew within the business)

Short term (4-6 months)

• learn basic sales and communication skills
• learn new tricks and knowledge to improve your attitude and confidence
• customer service experience with 1 on 1 training
• Loads of fun with mutliple events and see NZ
